Our promise

Trust is built together

Like neighbors carrying a house in bayanihan, trust is never carried by one person alone. It grows slowly, through honesty and through showing up. This is how we try to earn yours — and keep it.

1 · Developing trust

When we first meet

Trust cannot be asked for — it has to be given room to grow. So we begin by listening, and by letting you see for yourself.

We listen first. An exploratory conversation is about you — what you are going through and what you hope for — not about selling anything.
No pressure, ever. If the practice does not resonate with you, that is perfectly fine. You are free to say no, or “not yet.”
Try it before you trust it. Daily practice, Healing Days and Foundation Classes are free, so you can experience the practice first-hand.
See it in others. At Healing Days you can witness blessings and talk with people who have practiced for years.
2 · Establishing trust

As you begin to practice

Trust grows when what you are told matches what you experience. We keep things clear, consistent and accountable.

Real people, real places. Our guides and practitioners are named, with the places they serve. Meet them.
Trained practitioners. Practitioners have trained with authorized teachers in Master Sha’s teachings, and keep a daily practice of their own.
Clear fees, stated upfront. Every paid program shows its honor fee before you sign up, and we explain why. The honor exchange.
A steady rhythm. Daily practice happens at the same times each week — something you can rely on. The schedule.
3 · Maintaining trust

For as long as you stay

Trust is kept in small, faithful acts over time. These are the things we hold ourselves to.

Your story stays yours. Stories are shared only with consent, using initials and relationships — never full names.
Honesty about results. We share experiences, never guarantees. No one can promise healing.
Respect for your doctor. This practice works alongside medical care, never instead of it.
Respect for your faith. The practice is not a religion and does not ask you to leave yours.
We stay with you. Guides follow up, help you adjust your practice plan, and remain a point of contact.
Your concerns are heard. If something does not feel right, tell a guide. We would rather know.

Trust goes both ways

We trust you, too — to be honest with us, to take part in your own healing, and to go at the pace that is right for you. That shared trust is what makes this a community.
